Between bar turning and secondary turning, we use 10 modern CNC, succeeding in handling up to 80mm with bar turning, and up to 700mm with secondary turning. Almost every machine has Y-axis, and we can also work shafts up to 2000mm of length using steady rests and tailstock.

We have 3/4/5-axis machines, two horizontal multi-pallet (8 and 10), we ca work a volume up to 1000x1000x750mm.

In the last few years, we focused on this type of machines, 5-axis, with which we handle productions of pieces of medium dimensions, to cover the dimensional gap between Effe Due and Overtech. Turning up to a 1050mm diameter and allowing a weight of 3000 kg.

We believe that granting a certified supply is the way of the future, and because of this we set up a metrology room with controlled temperature equipped with a Zeiss ACCURA that certifies the conformity of all our pieces. Runs 1600x2400x1000mm.
